  • Strategy?

I am going to start by saying I have never played a BST but I have partied with one.. So if my thoughts are way off dont bite too hard =)

Would this strategy be the best way to go (I hope this makes sense):
    Charm beast A..
    Make him attack beast B..
you attack beast B a little bit (enough that beast A will kill beast B)
    while A kills B, I go find beast C..
wait for charm to break on A..
beast A (being hurt partially) will run to attack you..
    charm beast C..
Make beast C kill beast A..
    go find beast D..
wait for charm to break on beast C..
    etc..

Or is there some other strategy that is better?

You would get a 30% exp cut if you don't finish off pet B by yourself. Pet switching is a common tactic in order to fight much harder stuff. I went through about 17 pet switches fighting a NM giant in upper delkfutt's tower until it finally killed me when it was at 10% life or so ^^: But still a lot of fun things you can do if you are good at handling pets.
Still trying to play way too much...
