Dragoon Sub Beastmaster

Im confused about some things so maybe someone experienced can clarify. Both dragoons and beastmasters utilize str and vitality while beastmasters also need charisma. As a dragoon you get a wyvern every 2 hours or constantly if your careful. Am i correct to assume you can have a wyvern and a tamed pet?

If your a 30 dragoon and 15 Beast can you tame above level 15 with adequate charisma? whats the info on this?

Im pretty sure you can only have one pet (Wyvern, Charmed, Summon) at one time
