Is it possible to tame a BST higher level than you with lots of CHR and maybe + tame skills....and if it is....how long would the tame last

yes but it's very very short (like 10 seconds to 1 minute)... I have even tamed tote1s before. However, you can extend the tame time to at least 30 minutes by using the BST 2hr ability.Still trying to play way too much...
