Scan Ablility

I read on another post that RNG and BST have a "scan" ability which is useful for tracking/finding certain monsters. Can anyone verify this? If so can anyone explain?

PS ive checked this site and shadow-dragons and found no reference to this skill.

The BST scan ability actually refers to the ability that you can "Scan" the enemy to see if they are tame-able or not

Yeah they both have a scan ability which is really useful. Open up the map, select second option. It is like a track ability for all NPCs with a 4x4 grid range. Very handy, I wish I found out about it before level 55 >.>
