    Question about this part... for multi-hit WS like asuran fist or rampage, do you do more damage with str/attack gear or acc gear? Being able to land as many hits as you can with these WS sounds good too.

      From what I know, Acc is far and away the stat of choice for multi-hit WSs like Raging Fists, Rampage, Asuran Fists, Dancing Edge, Hexastrike, etc. Going from 3/5 hits on Rampage up to 5/5 hits is almost doubling your damage. Conversely, loading up on STR, Atk, and secondary modifiers is only going to nudge your damage up on the hits you make.

      On 2-3 hit WSs like Combo, or Tachi Enpi, I'd say use STR/Atk/secondary mods. On 4+ hit WSs, Acc is so important that it's almost like other stats don't count.

        Every multi hit WS is slightly different. So only when you used it enough times and experimented with it will you get an idea of how to equip.

        Of course general guide lines are obvious such as str gear for damage, having acc to get fulls hits etc.

        Rampage dispite its discription has a very adveraged damage output. Getting full hits seems more important then str gear. Like wearing an elky wouldn't really show you the amazing results you would have liked to on those amazing str bonus.

        Asruan on the other hand seems to go up a good amount once you put str into it.

        DE is also different since it's almost always combined with SA/TA where the 1st hit is important. Having Str can do a good amount of damage for a thf even if you're doing dex bonus on SATA, which also missing a hit isn't that bad.

        Then there are some real odd ball WSs like Raging Axe I can think of, which have gone from 32 damage to 350(no joke) on similar monsters.

        Of course having war or /war with double attack makes it even more variable.
