I've been in a pretty big game slump for awhile now, and it seems I have tried everything as far as alternate MMOs go. I've been out of the FFXI world for a long time now I suppose (haven't played since before Chains of Promathia). Since that time, nothing has really supplied the fun experiences I had partying in FFXI.
I played a Taru Brd/Whm and I enjoyed it more than any other job. I want to start a Brd again and I was wondering if Brd was still a relatively inexpensive job. The only reason I say this is because I tend to be chronically unlucky with any kind of rare drop which in turn made me poor over the course of my time playing. I had no melee job to help in farming and never had enough gil to invest in a craft. However, even a medicore equipped Brd was effective when I used to play. I plan to start a Hume Brd/Whm and hope to regain that drive I got from playing long ago.
