This, no offense, is why you do your homework on the quest *before* organizing your alliance.
Midnight JST (this time of year, it's 10 AM EST, 7 AM PST; in the summer, it's 11 and 8, as Japan does not observe Daylight Savings) must pass between when you click the Perennial Snow in Xarcabard to bury the ring, and when you click it again to dig it back up.
Thus, unless you were thinking of taking your AF2 group off to do AF3 as well, you shouldn't organize AF3 unless you've already done the quest up to the part where you'd need help with the NM.
The same really holds true for *any* alliance organization for quests, missions, or whatever. Get all your prereqs and cutscenes out of the way first, and only get people together when you're up to the point where you'd actually need to kill something.
Obviously, if you're doing something like a line of missions where *everyone's* doing the cutscenes at the same time, it's fine to do it with them. But AF, you should get your cutscenes etc. done in advance.Averter of the Apocalypse~
Unique quests complete: 330-something, keep losing count.
Mission plot lines complete: Windurst, Bastok, San d'Oria, Zilart, Promathia.
Maps not yet obtained: Promyvion-Dem, Promyvion-Mea, Promyvion-Holla, Promyvion-Vahzl, Sacrarium.

•AF 3: The Circle of Time•
Client: Imasuke
Requirements: Must complete AF 2: The Requiem, and Bard of Level 50 at least.
Walkthrough: Speaking to Imasuka near the Qufim Islands entrance activates the quest, and he wants you to bury a ring. Go to Xacabard and bury it at I-10. Wait till the next day and dig it out. From there, proceed Chateau d’Oraguille in North Sandoria. Talk to Chalvato and he’ll send you to the Altar in Monastic Caverns. Chalvato can be found on F-7. To get to the Altar, you will need to enter through H-11 of Davoi. Inside the Monastic Carvern, go to J-8 and investigate the Altar there. It will spawn Bugaboo, the NM you would have to fight. Bring an Alliance of Level 60s prefably, just to make things easier. Killing it gives you your Bard Justacorps ^^
5 mins for this one.
It doesnt say one real life day or vana'diel time day... so automatically I assumed as im sure others would to that it meant 1 vana'diel time day and the Alliance wasnt formed... but my LS was ready on that day and I had more then enough help from them at the time...all that was left was to get the ring and go to Sandy that takes no time considering your HP is in Northern Sandy and your subbing BLM lol.
