Harp that gives +3? Huh? The only song+3 instrument is the Shofar +1, which gives Requiem +3. And it's an HQ of a very high level bonecraft synth involving a Behemoth Horn (which drops only from King Behemoth, not normal Behemoth - probably available from a few other sources as well by now). In other words ... not anything most of us will ever see. You do need a non-HQ Shofar for one of your upgrades to get a Gjallarhorn, by the by.
There's a new weapon that gives +3 to string instrument skill, much like our AF body or Minstrel's Coat does. Besides the Gjallarhorn and AF2, that means you can get +13 to wind or +13 to string at your discretion (can't have both at once, because the one requires Wind Torque and the other requires String Torque, but equipment switching is nothing new to us).
As for the new items ... things are only listed on the AH once someone has a. gotten them and b. attempted to sell them on the AH. The update finished less than 24 hours ago, give people a bit of time to *get* the items. :sweat:
