Who is the top bard on your server?

From reading the various posts, its seems like your level determines the top bard on your server? Not a really good quantifier IMO...

Its not like leveling a bard is hard...

a couple of names of top EN speaking BRDs on Pandemonium:

Tsuyuki (who gave me no small amount of inspiration to make a career job out of BRD)

I've heard good things about Sleeepykenny - he's reputed to be the best BCNM BRD - and a Tarutaru BRD... on Pandemonium with a long string of victories.

I think the whole NA bard population on phoenix server has posted here. Just thought I would say high and a thank you to the people who mentioned me. I haven't seen cybaster around in a while. I always see poup with his demon helm. Taru + Demon helm looks very funny. It's one of those things that doesn't seem to match cause tarus are so cute.

I'm like Leri I think. Not many people talk to me or ask for help beyond the people in my LS. Maybe it's cause the other higher level bards get all the business lol. I have not levelled in like 3 weeks now. Still only 67.

I would say its very hard to say who is the best bard since we really dont get to see each other in action that often. I would venture to say we are all very good by now and the differences if any would be hardly noticeable. We all know Bards rule and so do the people who play them. ^^

Foomaring is a great bard hes helped me out with great means
of information, sadley to say im only a mere shadow to his abilities, none the less i push forth all that i can when playing Bard. I bow to Foomaring's abilities and knowledge of the Bard Job Class

Ran into Foomaring this weekend, he is quite capable.

I can see where the experience factor can play into things here:

What began as a coffer-key hunting PT to Castle Zvahl Baileys wound up being a RNG AF3 quest.

Naturally... this attracted a large number of RNGs and their friends.

Full Alliance, 9-10 RNGs altogether. A BLM, 3 BRDs (Series and Foomaring, and least of all, myself ... as I was rather surprised and honored to ind myself playing alongside these heavyweights) and the rest were NIN/PLD/RDM and a Japanese WHM who was kind enough to provide the heals for nearly everyone.

All those RNGs=a ton of aggro drawn away from the PLD... we had a few deaths thanks to all that firepower smashing into the Koenigstiger.

Foomaring came up with some strategies to deal with this situation, and the following matches against Koenigstiger went a whole lot better.

I hope I can play to something half as good as he does when/if I get past level 70

I personally enjoy reading Teffie and Russata's LiveJournals, and they provide me with a lot of nice eye-candy and things to hope for. Most of the high level Bards on my server are Japanese and I can't talk with them.

I do know of several NA bards on my server who are higher level than me, however all of my friends still say I am a better bard desipite my lower character level.

Leveling Bard is rediculously easy and cheap, so it's not surprising to see lazy / poor players with high level bards, simply due to the fact that they are heavily desired by parties.

I'd have to cheer for Foomaring too on Pandemonium. He was a 25 brd when I was a 25 whm working to hit 30 so I could become Bard. After seeing him in the Kazham Jungles with his uber songs made me want to work even harder to be an uber bard. He also helped me with my Bard AF2 when I needed it (even though I was one of the noob Bard's who forgot to trade the holy water to the Mithra and had to go back to Eldieme AGAIN to get the key item ring). Now he's working to be uber high level BST as well.... very very helpful person with both jobs.

And Bilus, I'd have to say you're the best RNG I've seen on Pandemonium. Cheers for you as well :D Thanks for soloing Dark Spark for my RDM gloves

Hehe, I don't really know that many high level Bard's on Fairy, but Ryry (level 68 and rising) has always helped me out when ever I had a question on a general principle or idea, really cool taru to talk to also.
