I'm level 52 mythra and use :

Range : all usefull +2 instruments and Mary's Horn
Necklace : Bird whistle (Star pendant at 59 and when quest done ^^)
Ears : 2* Melody earing
Rings : 2* electrum ring
Head : Noble's Ribbon
Body : Mythra RSE
Hands : Mythra RSE
legs : Mythra RSE
Boots : Mythra RSE
Back : Wolf Mantle +1 (waiting on 54 for Jester Cape +1)
Waist : Corsette +1

Range : Crumhorn +1, Horn +1, Mary's Horn, Traversiere +1, Cornette +1, Siren Flute, Angel Flute +1, Piccolo +1
Necklace : Bird Whistle / Enhancing Torque when I cast Blink/Stoneskin - Once a Wind Torque is for sale I'm all over it
Ears : Enhancing Earring and Bat Earring, Melody Earrings when I can find some under 200k each
Rings : Two +3 CHR Rings, +4 once there's some for sale >.>
Head : Jester's Headband
Body : Errant Houpa-thingamajig / Cardinal Vest if soloing
Hands : Bard AF Gloves
legs : Errant Slops / Tiger Pants if soloing
Boots : Errant Booties / Tiger Booties if soloing
Back : Jester's Cape +1
Waist : Corsette +1 / Life Belt if soloing

There's isn't much to buy at the moment, so I just stockpile gil. Maybe get an Imperial Egg soon, +3 CHR Ammo slot item.
