Once you have the fame for Drain, you can either buy the blood on AH, or get one or two friends to kill some leeches with you in Pashhow. It's not a particularly rare drop. You only need to start (not finish) M2-3 to get into the chateau.
Getting the fame is just a matter of farming rabbit hides/bat wings and doing other newbie quests in Sandy, easily soloable at 20 anything.
For Aspir, you'll need either a higher ranked windurstian with portal charm or a RDM and WHM to get you into the area, but once you are in, the monsters aren't hard. Or you can buy the test answers. Windy fame is, again, newbie quests and farming drops from low level mobs in the area (I'd recommend crawler calculi and/or cornettes/Yuhtunga sulfur/2-leaf buds from mandies, and possibly rabbits for the mailman quest.)
The first BLM scroll quest with some actual difficulty is Warp2, but you can't use that until 40, so don't worry about it yet.
Drain and aspir arent too bad, for fame for sandy and bastok, get boyadha moss and do the quest in selbina for it. You can buy it off the AH and not lose much money at all.
For windy, just do the cornettes like Karinya said and lose next to nothing on money. Getting help doing the quests themselves is easy too. You should have some decentlly lvl'd friends pretty early on. The quests are quite easy in and of themselves. Mage jobs, particularly blm, really hit their stride at 52 when you get to elemental staffs. A full set will probably set you back over 5m. You've got a long way to go for that though, and by 50 you'll have no problems making enough money.
No expects you to have godlike gear, but dont gimp yourself either, quick and easy way to give yourself a bad reputation.
I RNG 75 I WAR 37 I NIN 38 I SAM 50 I Woodworking 92+2
Just to be dead honest with you: All jobs are going to cost you a pretty penny. Some are more 'expensive' than others because their skills are reliant upon the constant spending of tools and ammo in order to use skills that are in high demand for Experience parties. As a DD, you'll spend money on food, and good gear. As a magicuser, you'll spend money on spells and food and gear. And for EXp parties, there's just really no way around it (If you expect to get any further in the game)
Part of playing the game is basically being able to grab a method of reliable income, whether it be selling stacks of items on AH, to BCNMs, Garrisons, Eco-Warriors, NM camps or to becoming versitle with a craft (Which is a very expensive investment that will allow you to profit later on in the game).
Or you could always quest for items that you're looking for and hunt them yourself (Or have your friends do it for you) =P
All in All, there is no 'simple' job. A good job is made by puting time into your character...
I'd honestly recommend WAR for starters though. It's a simple class to start out with I guess. But be prepared to spend some money on gear that gives you +DEF and STR/VIT
Considering how cheap the HQ instruments are, I would say that NQ is sub-par & that HQ instruments are par.
Not only do they add 10 seconds to song length, but song strength as well. It's well worth the 20-30k for HQ you might spend VS 2k for NQ. Not to mention you'll be using these your entire bard career.
naaaa bst is a very cheap job to lvl. for the simple fact that mobs dont care if you have +1 gear, or are naked. were the only job to get away with using a weapon for 8-19 lvls. the same can be said for our gear.
now add in the fact that our exp spots deal with expensive drops, that go to us only. spider webs, different mob skins, tree cuttings, gold bstcoins. coffer gil, an items from coffers. makes bst the cheapest an richest job to play
