What job is the fastest to level up?

I'm just curious which one the starting jobs do you level the fastest/easiest? and which one of the advanced job do you level the fasest?

white mage would have to be the fastest/ easiest to level for the starting jobs, i think. bard would be the fastest of the advanced jobs. the reason being that you find parties sooo easily as those jobs.

Unless you don't like/can't get PTs, in which case White Mage is unbearably slow at times XD

fastest i would say whm and brd too

some other "most wanted" jobs are RDM>41, NIN, PLD

DD jobs have a bigger competition

A better thing to focus on is which job can you most easily understand. Word spreads around Vana'Diel, and if you go for a "quick"(lmao)job and you suck, you'll stop getting parties. Just focus on being the best at your job and the levels will fly.

I started with WHM and I had the hardest time finding parties between 63-69. Then there was a instance between 72-73 where I couldn't get parties.

I was always stuck in Jeuno waiting for a invite, this was usually a 1-2 hour wait, or people would ask me to do BCNM's or KSBCNM's and I really wanted exp for level 75.

Now I'm in the same position when I'm on my SMN, level 73 and waiting for party invites. This gets tiring. (Yes I know I can go to Uleguerand Range and get solo exp but I just don't feel like making that trek.)

Bard's, Red Mages & the new Corsair Job will likely be the fastest levelers. This is all Due to "Refresh" and "Dispel" type abilities that they have. (Just guessing that Corsair will be another party friendly job)

Jobs with frequent invites are WHMs, BRDs. WARs for lower level tanking. NINs for higher level tanking (Cuz everyone loves that blink tank crap...which isn't good until NIN gets Utsusesmi: Ni and can actually use Ninjitsu as a main offensive to fricken hold hate without a THF SATAing on him...)

I'm a THF mainly. Personally, I don't suggest that you pick this job if you're looking to get quick invites to a PT. Only pick this job if you can successfully piece together parties without too much trouble. Even if you have to ask people who aren't LFG in other nations - Get a party started yourself, and you'll cut your wait time down like nothing.

...Other jobs, unless you are able to fix your own parties and know how parties function and people are willing to deal with your party making abilities, are a bit slow on the leveling scale. Demand for jobs change just about every day.

Rdm and Nin are easy to get groups in all level range imo. but they are not easy to play efficiently.

anyway it's all situational too. if you are nin and see 10 other nin seeking at once, prey for the best.

actually the job you wouldnt think is a fast lvl up is the BEASTMASTER job. now just hear me out. we can exp whenever we want to. an not sit around an waste what few hours we have lfg. the fact we can log in an out in most exp locations. an pick up our exp in a few moments. RR items, an the exp rings are a sweet addition for bsts in general. not to mention bst can duo or trio, for 3x the exp amoutn per hour they were getting, an s.e bright idea that gave bsts jugburn parties,

XP/hour isn't as good with Beastmaster as it is in an average party. You can xp whenever you want, but it is going to take more hours than if you were a Bard or Red Mage.

you forget about everything building up to a exp session. first time is wasted on finding other members. then they always waste time getting gear, an buying gear. then you have to chobi to an exp spot. or you have to wait around in jeuno waiting for a whm to get a tele. to get the an area that about 4 other parties now occupy. thats if you even get a party when you log on, that can take all night on some occasions. then you have to rely on members going to an exp spot, an not all going afk an differnt times.

when i tend to exp bst i already set up my camp. the next day i sign in buff up, an go to work. sometimes i have to swap pets til the turn to evan matchs. witch at the longest takes 10mins tops. thats it. no relying on other peeps, no waiting hours on end for an invite.
