Idea for 'poor' NIN and RNG

I have leveled my Ranger to 40, and my Nin is 32 currently, but leveling it to 37. You can guess why it isnt hard for me yet.. But I stopped leveling Ranger, and soon will stop Ninja, even though I like both jobs a lot (When Ninja gets Utsusemi: Ni) and i really would like to keep leveling. I thought of an idea to allow poorer players to keep leveling their favourite job. (Now all i gotta do is convince SE ._.)
It would be nice if there would be quests that allow Ninjas and Rangers (for example) to get EX tools, or EX arrows. They dont have to be as good as the synthable ones, but atleast working so you can play the job you want. This just an idea i just thought of.. ~_~ Dont know why I posted it

that might work for RNG....but for a NIN a tool is a tool, and that would add way tomany bad players, spending the $$$$ is what keeps some of the bad players from playing the job ^.^

If you're a 60THF you shouldn't have a problem affording Shiehi for NIN...Honestly, the majority of the tools and arrows that you use can be afforded by regular farming. The reason RNG and NIN are REALLY expensive is the equipment. Honestly, I see no harm in a NIN using an Ahrat's Gi instead of a Scorpion Harness. RNG is different now. Some of the rings used to cost a mil a piece of my server, but since the "nerf" all the sucky RNG players sold their crap, and the majority of the equipment is cheap now. You DON'T NEED a Eurytos bow, or a Kriegsbeil....those are two pieces of equipment that are over rated for their costs. Although, if you want to be effective on gods, you will probably be using guns.

I fish nebis that can turn into black inks. This in turn is used to make shihei. Don't even buy the logs from AH to make Bast Parch unless it's cheaper than the NPC at Tavzanian Safehold (Unless you don't have CoP or Tav access in which case you're royally screwed)
