Adopt a future Paladin...

Hello all. First time here...

I'm Jaudemus, a male Elvaan War(19)/Monk(8) coming back to FFXI after a long break. My server is Quetzalcoatl, and I'll be going Paladin in the future. Since my circle of friends left a long time ago, this game has been fun, but a bit lonely. I have tried to make some friends around San'Doria and Bastok, but everyone seems in such a rush to do things... so here I am now!

I've been looking at these boards for a while, and I've noticed that there isn't really a topic about meeting new people, so I'll be the first: I'm looking for linkshells, or groups of cool individuals who like to socialize, and get to know one another. The reason is that, during the level grind which FFXI is known for, I would like to make some lasting friends to hang out and chat with.

Are you genuine, and open? Are you a starry-eyed or aspiring individual? Maybe you can adopt this future PLD! Packaging includes:

I'd adopt, but I'm on Cerberus. D;

You do bring up an interesting point though; Is FFXI loosing something, I feel, is what made it great: Sociable Playerbase? When I was leveling my first job, almost two years back, parties where always exploring, chatting and haveing great fun. Now it's just a rush to get out of the Valk > Qu'fim > Jungles stint. It's sad, I always miss roaming around Tahrongi with a PT of four killing anything that came by every time I Tele-Mea.

You do bring up an interesting point though; Is FFXI loosing something, I feel, is what made it great: Sociable Playerbase? I know a handful of people who would say the exact same thing. Of course they're not on FFXI now, ha ha. But I'm sure there are still lots of very sociable players ( why I made this topic to begin with, and probably why you responded! ::poke:: ) So yeah. Faith is worth keeping in a beautiful world.

Anyway, thanks for your interest despite we're on different servers... I'll still be around these boards if you ever want to shoot the breeze.
