i agree that this would be fun u have put alot of thought into this but i would like to point out that if it is balista it should ack like balista instead of a bcnm kind of thing and don't you think the loot is too over-powering? i would imagine every lvl 75 would do this long quest cos camping HNM would be a thing of the past after this. which makes end game useless.
i would think the loot would be in the lines of less powered items compared to end game and it should be like aquaducts where mobs act like pts function like pts vs players of cos they would have better AI instead of one NM kind of thing. but keeping to your somewhat interesting story-line. like what u said it supposed to be ballistar not BCNM content. this will make lvl 75 have some end game fun but not at the cost of current End game content.
