I need help getting to Garuda

Hey everyone im new to the forums and ffxi. I basically was asking if i could get some help getting to garuda, because thats where my friends play. Ive tried making and deleting my char, like 25 times and ive had no luck. If someone could get me a worldpass i would repay them 100% once i get started. i know its a big favor but i want to get on garuda :/
