Alright, I was just coming on here to apologize for going off the handle, but I now I have one point. You see, people are more stimulated by praise than insult in situations of individulism and creation. Beyond that, I would apreciate if you would just tell the designer what it was exactly that you dislike. Constructive criticism is fine, but pure hatred and cruelty is just to much to be good and is one of the things that keeps our world from moving. Well, sorry if this got a little ugly, but it was getting pessimistic, and without any reason.

How do you think this site started? As basic , or even more basic as that site. Sure, he came here to 'steal' some members :spin: but you didn't even noticed that, did you. You only flamed his HTML work, which is fine, just because you want to be recognized yourself as a HTML pro. Maybe you are, but a real pro wouldn't flame someone like him. He would help him to grow his site, like I am doing.

I agree with fingolfin on the fact about if you are a real pro, you would help, not flame. Tell me what you don't like. Is it the skin colors? If it is, tell me what colors would go good. I'm telling you now, don't post here anymore if you are not going to make a suggestion. If you are reading this, click the pretty back button on your brower and forget about it. If you are a true pro and nice like the other people here, then please, make a suggestion. I would very much greatly appreciate it.

If you were to register in my forum, I would quickly ban you. I do not want someone flaming people left and right in my forum. fingolfin's kindness just earned him a spot as Global Moderater. At the rate you are going, however, you won't make it far in life always complaining. Grow up already.

As for everyone comparing my site to this, listen to what i am about to say. MY SITE IS NOT AND WILL 95% NEVER BE BETTER THAN THIS SITE. THIS SITE IS ALMIGHT AND POWERFUL *BOWS*. It seems you were flaming me because I thought my site was better than this one? No way, these forums are great. What's good about my forum is that you can post a question or "opinion" question here and in my site and get even more responses. Whenever I post here, it takes me a while to get a response because of the overwhelming number of threads sorrounding mine.

I'm typing too much and you probably don't feel like reading this. I just have one more thing to say. I am 14 years old. Do not compare my site to one a friggin adult made. I have absolutely no experience in website design. For my first website, I think it's pretty damn good. Also, they pay money to host this site, and there is no way i'm paying for a forum. That's why I had to search for some cheap cr@p.

If you have any more questions or suggestions, fell free to post here. DO NOT FLAME ANYMORE.

My apologies if I did anything to make you feel bad, or denounce your site, I simply think that instead of making it more like this site, make it more like an faq site, and a database, I really don't have too many choices to go to. All in all, your site is not bad, just not good, as in that it doesn't turn me off of it on its own faults, but on its lack of reasons to go there over here. I do sincerely apologize for insulting you in any way, shape, or form.

I think you're having trouble bringing people to the forum because you dont offer anything new; you instead offer less than most established sites. You might want to rethink this whole thing, you know?

You state on the site that you were tired of large forums and topics getting lost in them, but I can pretty much guarantee any question I ask here, on FFXIOnline.com, will be answered much faster and by a much larger group of people than it would be if I asked it on your site.

I am going to have to agree with the ass on this one. (Lun4tic)

First off. Posting other sites is against the rules. How bout not doing it at all? Also, your site is less than decent, compared to this one, at best. Now I am not going to just say "IT SUCKORS!". Listen to my points:

-The only thing that looks like something that cant be done in three minutes, is the title image.
-The title image is stolen/not original.
-The poll looks like a noob made it: What level is your FFXI character... one of the choices is +80.... wow. I sure wouldnt want a site run by a noob.
-Your site gives NO NEWS at all about the game.
-It doesnt give anything that I would want out of that site that I cant get here.

Now may I repeat: THIS IS NOT ALLOWED. Someone close this or something. >.>;

One last thing. If you dont like flames. How bout not presenting yourself like a moron? That usually works fine.

PS. Jay Herman an actor, was the star of a cartoon show "The Critic", I see how that was good reason to say a cuss over.

Ok, so i will tell you why it sucks.

Wallpaper taken from other places - great job at least everywhere else i can actually view it correctly / download it.

Screenshots? Great, there are two which are so small i cant even see what city they are in.

Umm, front page begging to get people onto your site? You get people coming to your site with content and good design.

Neither of which you have.

Terrible terrible design, colours and backgrounds. Most of which make my eyes hurt.

Not only that, but what really gets me is you have ripped off so much from other places, even down to some of the buttons.

What news?

All information is wrong, even on the front page.

If you want people to go somewhere that you can control, set up a fucking chat room or something somewhere and do that. In the meantime learn some HTML, learn some design basics and come up with your own stuff.

Think about what you want to achieve, think about then how you are going to get it honestly through your own work.

All this piece of shit will recieve is flames and lectures about how crap it is.
