How to get Custom Equipment for Galaka

I am seeing all these lvl 30+ armors for Taru's, Mithra's, Hume's, Elvaan's, but none for Galaka, "Custom M Gloves or something like that, im seeing this stuff which gives like +3 STR +3 DEX etc. Where can i get custom Galaka Equippnment?

MNK:45 WAR:25 BST:24 WHM:19 THF:15 NIN:12 BLM:11 BRD:03
Alchemy: 58
Blacksmith: 40
Fishing: 40
Cooking: 33
Goldsmith: 20
