Dual Wield Ability

I was just experiementing when I got a new sword, I tried to equip that sword and my old one, and I got a message saying that the "dual wield ability" was needed to do that, which makes a lot of sense. My question is...how do you get this ability? Is it only for certian jobs or what? I would kinda like to have it, I thought it would be pretty nifty. So if anyone knows, that'd be kinda cool.

The NINJA job has the duel wield ability. It's a passive ability at level 10.
