Recharge Time

Is the ability recharge time Vana'diel time or our time? I took it for granted that it was our time until someone told me it was Vana'diel time...can someone clear this up for me?

It's real-life time. If it was in-game time, then Warriors would be able to cast taunt non-stop and the white mages would be able to use their two-hour ability all the time.
