question about melee race and subjob

Ok, I'm on the beta test right now and so far I'm loving this game! I know all jobs are different and each have their own advantages/disadvantages and are unique to each persons playing style...but what would you guys say is the best overall melee job/sub job? What are some other very effective melee job/sub jobs? Also, what exactly is required to get all the extra jobs? I'm still only able to choose from the original 6 (I'm a level 13 warrior now, hopefully 15+ by the end of the day)

Do you have to level the sub job as it is your main? Like, lets say my warrior is at level 20, and I decide I want to have thief as a subjob, would I simply level my thief up to 10 to make it a lvl 20 warrior/ 10 thief?

Oh, also, lets say I get a level 20 warrior/10 monk, can I level both of these jobs up at any time as long as it's still 1/2 ratio?

oooh, ok. 1 last question, can you change your main job AND sub job at any time? Or is it once you select a main job/sub job your stuck with that combo for the rest of the game?

any time as long as ur the job is available to u. Jus go to ur mog house and changr :D
