  • Job predicament...

I'm thinking of making either a Summoner/White Mage or Ranger/Thief... Seeing how cool Yuna looked with guns in FFX-2 is making me lean a little toward the Ranger/Thief, with skills such as Continuous Shot and the ability to run faster (Flee), it seems pretty cool... But the reason why Yuna became a Gunner was because the Summoners were no longer able to summon... but in FFXI there still are summons so...yea... (going a little off topic, sorry!) Summoner/White Mage seems pretty cool too... and unlike the Ranger, Summoner/White Mage has spell scrolls and summon quests to keep me going for a while. My decisions seem to revolve around FFX & FFX-2... Can someone help me decide which path I should take?

well 1st things first, flee doesnt effect the speed of your run(if thats what you mean) it only helps your evasion...ummmmmm it depends on if you want to be a supporter or a damage dealer.Personally i would choose ranger/thief because they are cool to me
    Player Name:Sebastian the Bard
    Main Job/Sub Job:Bard/White mage
    Guild:----
    Level:--/--
    Clan:Alexandrian Knights

I'm into cool supports jobs like Ranger and Thief so my personal thought is be a ranger/theif.

Summoner/White Mage sounds OK. you get the heal aspect and the MP bonus. No matter what job you choose I think you will enought to keep you going for a while though

Importers around here will probably let you know which is more effective for solo play and party play. (They usaully know what they are talking about)

I'm heading in the thief direction. Using a bow looks awesome and being a theif is just plain cool...like Callous said
"The less people have to, but the more that people do think, the better"
"Carry two sacks around with you. That way if anyone asks for your help you can say 'sorry got these here sacks"

You'll be busy getting money to buy exspensive guns.

Flee does make you run faster, it's the only skill to run faster in the gam, maybe some day they will make a Time Mage who can cast Haste.
