When I start the game I'm not sure what job to choose. I have a rough idea, but then I always think when my job evolves or whatever will it be a good one? So if anyone can tell me what a theif, red mage, black mage, monk, warrior, and a white mage trun inot later on it would be a huge help. Thanks a lot.

I don't know about this whole job evolving idea your talking about...
but i do know that around level 18 you can complete a quest to get a support job to aid your main job. I know you can switch them around or switch to a whole new job
I also know that around level 30 quests to be able to switch to advanced jobs like Ninja, Sommoner, and Dragoon become avaliable no matter what job you have."The less people have to, but the more that people do think, the better"

None of the jobs "evolve" in this game ^.^ You can change your job whenever you want ^.^ Cool aint it XD So if you start with blm and then you get to lvl 30 you can become Dark Knight XD So then you can be a Drk/Blm ( not exactaly smart combo but its just an example ) XD You can be any job combo you want even the dumbest ones you can think of! :D==========================
