Pallid Percy - Abyssea Attohwa

Hey all, killed this guy several times before maintenance and then last night after the update we went 0/4 on kills. The first few times we killed him there was not a single draw-in. Now, he spams it several times during the fight.

Anyone 100% positive what triggers this?
