PVP in ffxi?

Beside brenner and ballista, is there another area for pvp?

I feel this game is fun when doing PVP but i really hate these mini-game rules and restriction. I don't like to wait 8 hours for a non-restrict game or some postern does a 900 flare on me while i am hunting down players.

The auction house is a PvP game of sorts. HNM claiming may be BvB... So... um... a spectator sport?
