  • Leveling from 9-14 while Searching for a Party

Ok it may Depend on which mob you fight AND job, but it might be helpful to some who are searching for a party. for me, I always start out soloing EMs-Ts while I get a Party invite, but I haven't played for a while lol

I remember some mobs you fight in tahrongi canyon are strolling saplings and canyon rarabs and sometimes pyagomi (mandragora).

I forgot about some mobs you should also solo from Konschat Highlands, I think one was a wasp, but if someone could help me out remembering what mobs to fight there lol

"Tough" monsters may be a little tough at Lv.9. You can check monster levels for each area here: http://www.ffxi-atlas.com

Those are not rams you're fighting. Those are sheep. Rams are a different animal entirely, and will leave you quite dead at level 14.

I don't remember the specific mobs, either. I'd just go after anything Easy Prey or maybe Decent Challenge. It's so not worth the slow kills, downtime, and reduced drops fighting anything else.

There is no rush. If you're not willing to take your time, don't be surprised when no one wants to give you much of theirs.
