I was wondering if anyone can give me info on accepting and completing this quest. I have already completed the purple belt quest, and i know that that was a pre-requisite to getting the brown belt quest....and I know I need high tenshyudo fame to get the quest.
Anyway...if someone that has done the quest or knows exactly what i need to do...like who gives the quest and where, what NM I need to fight to get the item that the quest giver requires and whatever else I need to know to get it done I would appreciate all your help.
