Femitte Quest help....

I accepted this quest and followed the directions that were on Jonnyram's sight. I went to bastok and talked with the NPC, and he did ask for the Mithral Ingot. I bought one, traded it to him, and nothing happened. Just a few lines of dialogue, nothing specific. But when I returned to San, I talked with Femitte and got nothing. Can someone help me with whatever I may be missing?

After you talked to Michea and gave him the Mithral Ingot, zone out and come back and talk to him again. He would give you a Mithral Heart. Return to Femitte for the reward.
