Alright, so now that I've finished my Airship fight (insert explitive-deleted), I solo'd the CS and the 3 NMs for 7-4... cake. What I have in front of me is the second most important accomplishment in my FFXI career. I now face the Tenzen fight of CoP 7-5. This fight will unlock Sea, Limbus, Ancient Beastcoin items, AF and Relic +1 upgrades, tons of new NMs and more! The only thing more important to me than any of that... is the completion of CoP as a whole.
I already went to the store to buy streamers, noisemakers and the ingedients for cupcakes for the day that I finish CoP for good. I have been working on finishing it for over 4 years, 2 server changes, 6 statics, 5 LS's and 1 six month break from the game. I think it's my time.
From what I read... this fight got nerfed to the point where it's a joke to even consider it challenging. Anyone with x3 SAM and a few more DD can take this down within 45 seconds.
I'm not concerned with it at all. I'm just anxious to walk in, pop Astral Flow and go to work on his "Oh boo hoo... theres an ancient God in my sword!" ass.
It kinda looks like I made this thread to vent... but I actually just wanted to hear how the rest of you felt when you finally accomplished that one goal that has been sticking you in the side like the a midget with a pensil. At what point did you get out of your seat and uncontrollably scream "TAKE THAT YOU MOTHER *#@)%&!!!!!!!! FINALLY!!!!!! JESUS &*$)#@& CHRIST!!!! FINALLY!!!!"?
