Periqia and Illustri Assaults (spelling wrong)

Are any assaults in these 2 zones soloable? On runs where all you need to do is kill shit, can you kill as much as you can, drop the flies, and get some xp? Or by dropping flies, do you not get any points? I only need 40 more points for my yigit gear out of Periqia and i need like 3800 points from Illustri area. My static run Nyzul on tuesdays, but i can get some solo runs in throughout the week. I'm just trying to get a full yigit set, sooo close...

Well you get 100 points if you fail. As with all assaults you have to have 3 people at least. You can solo Golden Salvage with smn and bst, not sure if any other jobs can solo it. Still would need two more people just to get in though.

PUP can also solo Golden Salvage, though I'm pretty sure SMN or BST have a slightly easier time. Your best bet is to ask a couple of pet job friends who know how to do it if they'll crank a couple out for you.

I'm not sure if this is still possible, but back when the assaults were first introduced, I went with a couple of LS mates to solo Golden Salvage. We would all take turns, doing 3 solo runs each.

Basically, whoever was going in would get the armband and then when they were in the process of zoning in, the other two would force d/c. The sole person left would be in the assault alone. You would actually receive the minimum reward (which was 3000 assault points for 3 people, iirc) upon completion.

So you would still have to have two others in your party to be allowed into the assault and you would have to have some way to actually complete the assault on your own. Also, if you are planning on helping your friends out in the same way that they are helping you, be prepared to spend at least 3 times as long doing assaults. If you can do those two things, you can get 3x the rewards.
