Unable to finish CoP 3-3

So I finally got help with the mountain climb for CoP 3-3. I finished that, got all of the CS's then spoke to Cid. No CS. I went to Lower Jeuno, no CS for 3-4. Mission log still says I'm on 3-3.

Is there anything I am missing here? I finished both legs (Ran through the Sandy leg three times in total helping different people) and I have gotten every single CS for the Windy part yet I still can't get the CS from Cid.

Anyone know how to fix this? I've tried to call a GM but I'm stuck in a queue so I figured i'd probably get a faster response from here

EDIT: I have ran to all of the Windy CS NPCs again and got nothing more from them. I have spoken to the CS repeating BRDs and I have all of the CS's listed on wiki.

Mission Log ends with Exit Stage Left on the Windy Leg and Louverance for the Sandy leg. Cid still won't give me my CS.

Are you sure you finished the Sandy side? Did you get the ??? after defeating Overgrown Ivy? There's also a Sandy NPC you have to talk to after defeating Overgrown Ivy.

I ended up running through every single NPC again several times with no additional cutscenes. I did eventually get the one from Cid after logging off and back on so it may have just been a glitch like those annoying ones where NPCs don't load until you log off and back on
