Not bad. Not "ideal", but it's possible to win without an ideal party anyway. Not a lot of backup healing for my personal tastes, but still, not a deal breaker.
It looks fine, just make sure your RNGs bring plenty of Shihei and don't mind tanking after they EES.
Shouldn't be too bad though, you've got a lot of good two hours there.
Get to about 50-40% off anima and whacking alone, SAM 2hr, skill chain with RNG1, skill chain with RNG2, WAR 2hrs, skill chain with WAR, work it down some more, RNGs 2hr simultaniously, then just pray that it's dead, or keep attacking it. Have the PLD Invincible the second danger seems to be lurking after the WAR 2Hrs, since it will go crazy close to death, also make sure the WHM is willing to bene. Remember, even if the 2hrs don't kill it immediately, and the PLD dies, the RNGs can bounce hate off each other, as well as the WAR, just try to make sure the WHM doesn't have too much hate (Beneing right before Invincible tends to stick hate on the PLD)
EDIT: Like murphie said, it's a little short on healing, so take some Au Laits and Hi Pots. And as always, don't even bother doing promy without anima, unless you're taking a SMN PT to it.
Why bother to SC if there's no THF and no one to MB? >_>;
Anyway, the party looks like it has plenty of firepower. Just make sure the WHM doesn't fall alseep while fighting in Holla, and have people bring poison potions. The SAM/THF may die fast in Mea if Hysteroanima isn't used properly, though. /NIN is very nice there.
Make sure you review info on the mission (here; or here - Mea, Holla), and have the right meds and all the anima you need.

Extra damage is always helpful, not to mention it helps to time the party.
in my experience, if you use animas on holla properly, he just stands there (quite literally, my party actually thought the fight was bugged for awhile), although I've heard other people aren't quite so lucky.
A summoner to astral flow is very usefull they could also backup heal with whm sub. i ahve never been on a prommy without a smn. Though thats our LS's strategy.
On the Skillchain issue:
Another reason to do it is that each consecutive Skillchain does more damage than the last. Assuming all Lv.1 Skillchains, and assuming every melee save for the PLD participates, that's 8 WS or 7 Skillchains. The damage will go like this: 50% -> 60% -> 70% -> 80% -> 90% -> 100% -> 110%. It adds up very fast. Of course, there'll be a couple of resists, but that's besides the point. And considering the jobs capable of putting up the biggest WS numbers are going last, that's all the more reason to try.
Edit: If you manage to make the 7th Skillchain a Lv.2, it'll do 175% damage.
Are you guys sure that /NIN is necessary for promies?
When I first started playing the game, I did a couple promies with my linkshell, I went WAR/MNK and DRG/WAR respectively and that didn't seem to slow us down at all.
Later on, when I finally got around to completing them, this time around as WHM, we actually had a SAM/THF in our raid and he didn't give me any healing problems if I'm remembering right.

It's no more a requirement then 6x SMN or DD must be RNG/NIN. Like most other parts of the game, saying all DD *MUST* be /NIN is to allow those players to stop thinking and yell out "ME SMASH" for the whole battle.
I've gone RDM/BLM and meleed, backup healed, and debuffed the Promyvion bosses. I've come across people that say RDM is useless and you'd never win taking one. I've done all three bosses with a PLD tank in the party, with 2x BLM and another time with 2x RDM. Every time I've heard people say we'd never win.
I can go waltz into Tavnazian Safehold whenever. ANY balanced party can do it.
The most important factor is careful, well-orchestrated use of the three animas depending on setup. With RNGs, you can safely use Terroanima and not drop your damage too much. Terroanima is the best anima if your DD can get past the fact that the mob runs around like a monkey on crack. Since you can buy anima and recollections now, you should be able to get a full stock of them quite easily. In my day, we had to farm them and getting people to actually prepare for a run was like pulling teeth. Now, you should be able to do it in a pick-up with minimal inconvenience.
I would say with this setup, with the exception of the holla boss, open with Meikyo Shisui and Mighty Strikes using Psycho and Hystero to cover (2 bottles of each should do it) and you really don't even need the Hystero. After that wears off, you can bring it down to a nice 33%-50% and then start tossing Terro at it and let the RNGs loose on it.
Any job that can carry Anima is perfect for promy...especially nowadays.
Seriously, any decent exp pt can just waltz up the spire and take out the boss no problem. Only thing I would change would be the sam/thf. Have him sub /war or something...landing SA in those fights can be a pain, especially in Mea when you can't tell it's ass from it's head.

In the vast majority of Promy fights that i've done (has to be well over a hundred by now...I do them a lot) I usually have a Rdm present. I don't know why they'd be considered 'useless' as they're great for doing their jobs. That being supporting the party in any and every way possible.

Why is PLD considered useless? Because they're not /NIN. They're not the 'uberDD.' Seriously, as time goes on, so many peoples ideas of how things have to be done become more narrow and more narrow.
