Quests at 10

Hey there, Ive just started the game and Ive reached lvl 10 with my RDM, where and when do i get quests, Im currently in Windurst, Thanks.

but for the most part, you get quests from random npc's in windy. Try picking up a brady guide too. It's actually useful for when you have to find an NPC location.

you get quests by speaking to the npcs all around town.
