Chocobo Raising?

Hi guys

I just logged on today to find out about the maintenance that is going to happen tomorrow. They are supposedly adding a new feature called Chocobo Raising that is in the front page.

I couldn't find much about it but was wondering if anyone knows how to start raising one once the update is out.
