  • ISNM75 - A Guide

Hello all, this is a guide for the uncapped ISNM @ Navkugo Execution Chamber.

For reference you can (Obviously) watch the video > here
Or download the video (To view the log) > (Filefront is being silly, will upload it when it sorts itself out.)

    Happy Caster

Once you've made your way to the execution chamber and you have your secret orders click the door to enter 'Happy Caster'.

Buffs will stay w/ you as you enter.

Infront of you will be an NM flan. There is nothing really too special about it, but he can be quite dangerous.

Before you do anything to this thing get Elemental Seal + Gravity on it. It will help a LOT if things start to go pear shaped. With Gravity he can be easily kited incase mages need to rest or something like that.

He can be silenced but he doesn't like it. Our PT handled him better when he could cast, he is more predictable that way.

First of all you'll notice he is spam happy w/ Tier IV and -aga III magic. Because of this I would reccomend at least 3 people that are able to stun, and to set out a stun order. He will also sleepga II but does not cast Ancient Magic.

He is very very fond of using a Tier IV move after Sleepga II so make sure the mages cure as soon as the person who has hate is slept so they can run/cast utsusemi.

He also has the standard flan moves, but one very special one called Xenoglossia, I just called it Xenosaga. Anyway. Once he uses Xenosaga (Can be stunned) his next spell will be chainspelled. It could be Thundaga III, it could be Stone IV. It's random.

Because, more often than not, it will be an -aga III you should have whoever has hate at the time to run away from the others, so no one else will get hit.

    Xenosaga cannot be dispelled.

    He also casts Bindga.

This flan has two forms. Melee and magic. In melee mode he will be normal and susceptable to melee damage, in magic mode he will grow spikes on his head and become very resistant to melee damage.

The ideal way to win this is a strong mix of DoT and burst damage.

My pt was NIN NIN BLM BLM BLM SMN.

I would advise you to have a SMN for Diablos' Dream Shroud. It will give Magic Atk/Def+ this will overwrite and prevent and Magic Defence Down received (Through boiling point).

If you get hit w/ any magic whilst that effect is on you WILL die. (I got hit for 2997 Firaga III)

Make sure you have shell up, and stoneskin helps a lot as well!

The PT I went w/ imo is actually the ideal pt. Two tanks to share hate, incase one of them gets hit twice w/ -aga or something, 3 stunners and nukers and a SMN for Diabolos and Titan. He reported his Predator Claws did a lot of damage as well.

The drops are pretty sporadic, you will always get a choco egg and a flan meat and some other stuff. Can also get some expensive synthesis materials. I died a LOT in this fight because did not know what to expect but once you get his pattern down he is np.

Good luck to anyone who wants to try this, also if I didn't mention something and you have a question please ask.

    Thank you.

Yeah, there's only 3 blms and a smn, in what way does that resemble a manaburn?

Thanks for the guide, but it would be nice if there were more fights that could be won with physical DDs... that's a problem for SE to solve, though, unfortunately.

Well technically, it is a Burn PT.

Seeing how a MNK Burn is consisted of 3-4 MNK's, how is 3-4 BLM's not consisted a manaburn?

Either way, no one really cares if it's a manaburn or not, if it works, so be it :D
