Sandoria Mission 5

Well, it seems to me that Endracion hates me. I thought i had finished mission 5 for sandoria because i went to davoi, talked to the dude behind the tree and he told me about the report and stuff. Then i went and clicked on the sign and it gave me some message, went back to the guy behind the tree and talked to him. Went back to endracion and he said that my mission wasnt finished. I then went back to davoi the next day, talked to the guy behind the tree and he said some crap that wasnt in the mission, i clicked the sign once more, nothing happened. Now no one tells me anything accept endracion saying i didnt finish it and need the davoi report. Someone please help me with this, because im starting to think they changed this mission.
