Assault IDs (Need Help)

Hello again! Got on today after doing 3 Assaults yesterday, and noticed i only had one badge available. Now, Im wondering if the badges come available again 24 hours after you used it. But ive recently been told that you can only get ONE badge per earth day )':

Is this true? Or will I be able to recieve three badges per day?

Oh! So that's how it works?! I was somewhat confused by the explaination the NPC gave... well, mostly because I was distracted by 'other stuff' when 'reading' the explanation he gave.

Um... It's 1 per Earth day.

I am still at the dark when it comes to assault, from the few assault missions I have done, you get 1 per earth day.
