Ok I am new asa Bastokan..so I am really having trouble finding the President's Aide Lucious to be able to even start this mission > <; I've searched all over but can't find him. Can I get a push in the right direction pls?

go into the metalworks, ride the elevator up to the top. Once there head back into an open area. If you keep going straight you will see the Presidents office, I believe he is in one of the adjacent buildings.

I believe it's the 2nd building on the right when walking towards the President's office.
