Sandoria m6 help

I just received the mission from one of the guards for m6, does anyone knwo if I have to talk to anyone in Sandoria before heading to the other countries? The dragon that I am gonna kill is the bastok dragon, so the route will be san>win>bas. If anyone knows what is needed to be done for this route, please post a message here, thx thx.
