A few weeks ago, I was still hopeful about leveling up DRK. I did my AF boots quest, then went and started the AF hands quest.
Since then, reality slapped me around and I haven't even tried to level DRK, but I have leveled RDM aggressively once I could afford to regear. (10 month life imposed break from the game.) I found a decent gil maker, bought up some good INT and MND gear, and hit the EXP grind.
Now I'm RDM52, and DRK51. I've completed RDM AF weapon, and wearing RDM AF boots. My question is, do I have to complete the DRK AF hands quest before I can do RDM AF hands quest? Both start out in needing an Eldieme Coffer Key. When I open the coffer, I will get old gloves. But when all is said and done, will I be able to just go the RDM route and head to Castle Zvahl Baileys and continue down the path of the RDM? Or am I first forced to finish the DRK AF hands quest?
Any help here would be greatly appreciated. I tried last night for about an hour and there were already 3 other camps that appeared to be trying for keys. I would like to avoid having to do this twice when I really just want my RDM AF hands now.
