How do I restart a quest in Jeuno?

I had started the quest "Collect Tarut Cards" but dropped them when I was in the need of space. Now I need to restart the quest but don't know how. Does anyone know how? I need to get my sleepga2 spell and this happens to be one of the quest involved...

I think you just have to start aquiring the cards from scratch. I am farily sure this is the case b/c other wise each person could just ask for new cards and then perhaps recieve ones they didnt have before and complete the set like that. Sadly I think you're out of luck, you have to get them another way from people.
