It's the only map that I'm still missing.

It's from a Mhaura quest ˆÀ”Û, NPC is Celestinal. You need to retrieve ?»‚̌아 from the crossbones summoned by the pirates. :sweat:

You also have to also talk to a few NPCs in Mhaura before talking to the person who offers, and you need Mhaura fame. The item though is damn hard to get, rivals, and being on the boat for weeks waiting for a pirate attack isn't fun. I saw Laquincain doing that 24/7 and it took him weeks.

If you talk to Blandine (stand near the ticket cabin) and see the event, you will able to get this quest.
