Ok I finally got fame lvl 3 and bought a bronze bed and put it into my house.I have also bought a bettle ring and a power bow.How long before the quest starts?I dont have an option from my moggle to take a quest from him.Im confused please help

sometime (~day) after the next conquest tally you need to talk to your moogle. he should give you the quest then (if not, wait a bit more).

Note that your moogle will only give you a quest when you visit him *in your home city*. He will not give you the quest if you enter a rent-a-room elsewhere.

Having a little fame is also required. Complete like about 5 quests to be safe. Even if you visit the Moogle in your home town it seems the moogle also will not give it to you if they are in a rent-a-room during the tally weeks end early Sunday.

The moogle gives you the event at the tally weeks ends. You can see how much longer you have when you do "/rmap" on there will be a days display (This is game days), every time it reaches 0 it's the tally weeks ends. At the tally weeks end and after is when the moogle will give the event as long as all the conditions needed are met.

I think you also need to be 1st for conquest, since I'm trying to get my 3rd one done, but my moogle won't give me the quest

As for having to be in your home nation, I'm not sure, maybe the moogle needs to be at your home nation before and after the tally, but I'm sure I flagged my 2nd upgrade after I rented a room in Jeuno after conquest tally.

EDIT: Okay... odd, I just had my moogle come back to my home nation and then I get the quest... weird
