I just read from the original site of ff that there is a new quest here that let's you call an npc to aid you during a battle you know any information about it please i am desperate answer if you know anything

ัyou probably have to bring the one ring and throw(trade) it at the peak of ifrit's in order to destroy it.

been under 80 files left to go for 2 1/2 hours. how the hell anyone manages to get on is beyond me. well i guess you can figure the actualy downtime to be around 30-40 hours total by the time i get in.

the quest sucks.
1) talk to Luto Mirellia (or something) in upper jeuno
2) in port talk to red ghost
3) in upper talk to bheem
**what u chose for 1 2 and 3 will decide how ur npc looks**
4) talk to luto again
5) zone out
6) talk to luto again, you get a new quest
7) talk to bheem again
8) go to Eldieme Necropolis through g-8, find a ???
9) spawn it, get a CS, as long as u defeat it nad ur npc doesn't die, you win
10) go back to luto
11) zone out and talk to luto again
12) go to post sandy and go to cargo room b and talk to porature
13) go to ghelsba outpost where drg quest bcnm is/bcnm20 w/ bats
14) wait in line (if ur doing it now, lines over 50+ on remora) and do the bcnm40

i'm still waiting in line so thats as far as i've gotten guys ><;

Wonderful. Questions:

How hard was the pop in Eldieme?

What are some of the choices when speaking with the ppl in Jeuno that determine your NPC's appearance? Are the choices obvious enough that you can guess the outcome, or is it unclear?

BC40? So, you do a BC with a cap of 40? Alone? With your NPC? With an alliance/party?

Thanks for info so far, very useful. Hopefully, we can get these other things cleared up too, soon.

Don't you have to be accompanied by several companions? Or is this like another mission or story where you're the sole survivor and it's all up to you! (Everyone else, the accompanying NPCs, die somehow ) hehe.

Is there any way to change what your NPC looks like after the first part has been completed? or maybe a way to restart the quest? I need to find out cause my NPC looks horrible....
