How do you start the quest? Everytime I talk to Luto, she tells me "I dont think you'd be able to help. Run along now"
I have level 9 jeuno fame, do not have Chains of Promathia, Rank 2 (psss) and I am level 50 on this char.
What do I need to do so she starts the quest for me?
