Its for a quest to get element gorges and obi. They increase the effectiveness of elemental WS and spells of the same element. Unfortunately i dont have a link atm. Ill see if i can find one.

i have light obi and i saw no difference w/ carby on light day

euvhi's are in the garden of ru'hmet
