Its the titel you get for the passenger quest. Its the quest that you get when you talk to a NPC in San/Bastok/Windurst Airport after buying the ticket(he should be near the entrance). you do the airship quest the first time for the Discerning Individual title.
Then you do it for all 4 airship ports for Very Discerning Individual.
After about 50+ times of doing it, you'll get the coveted Extremely Discerning Individual title.
