Full Scale Quest?

Hey I was reading another post and somebody said there's a quest that gives you full Scale. What quest is this? Where do I Start it, Who gives the quest, and what town is it in?

I have never heard of a quest that gives a full set of scalemail.

(Assuming your talking about the low level, first set of scalemail at level 10 or 11)

However, There is a quest in Port Bastok, for which the reward is the body piece "Scalemail". It requires a decent amount of fame, have to go to knoschat highlands and find a ??? near one of the windmills, then go back to port bastok. Easy to do, but the scalemail body piece is only worth 1-2k at most anyways, so not really worth doing if your not Bastokan.
