How much Tenshodo fame does this quest give?

Not enough for the risks and meager rewards. The reward is at most 800 gil (since even if you warp, you have to pay 200 gil one direction or the other to get back to san.) If you lose your airpass, you lose it until 0:00 jp time, which is sometime in the morning, 9 or 10 eastern.
The fame for this seems slightly less than 4 sets of neckalaces to Mihgo, if you go by the Riceball Prices in lower jeuno. (4 sets usually lowered the price by 1 gil for me).
As a side note, you don't actually have to ride the airship for this quest. If you have to warp for some reason (to save time), you can pay for a a san airship ticket in jeuno, and immediately leave the departure gate. You can clear customs there. However, you can still lose your airpass too.
