How many missions are there? Can you do other town missions?

I'm currently on Sandy M7 and I thought M10 was THE END. I see posts about M12 and I wonder how many missions are there? I must say I'm relieved that there are more then 10 missions because what good is a airship pass if you have nothing to do lol.

I was also wondering if you can do missions from other towns? For instance if you start in Sandy, can you do missions for Windurst later on just fun .

20 missions for each nation. 18 Zilart missions. You can do the other nation's missions if you switch your allegiance. You can do zilart under any allegiance, as long as you're rank 6+.
